оплавление порошковых покрытий
Процесс упрочнения, уплотнения и повышения адгезии напыленных покрытий, при котором материал покрытия полностью или частично расплавляется. Для оплавление порошковых покрытий применяют общий нагрев деталей с покрытиями или местный нагрев покрытия концентрированными источниками энергии: газовым пламенем, плазменной струей, индукционным нагревом, лазером и др. Общий нагрев обычно ведут в печах или соляных ваннах. Для напыления покрытий с последующим оплавлением применяют порошки из специальных самофлюсующихся сплавов на основе Fe, Ni, Co с добавками Si и В. Наиболее распространены сплавы системы Ni-Cr-B-Si. BO2, Cr2O3, SiO2 образуют достаточно легкоплавкий шлак, легко удаляющийся при оплавлении порошковых покрытий. Порошковые покрытия из самофлюсующихся сплавов системы Ni-Cr-B-Si применяют для упрочнения (в 3-4 раза) деталей и узлов сельхозмашин, форм в стекольной промышленности, шнеков конвейеров, кулачковых валов, роликов рольганга станов холодной прокатки.
